I just had a difficult and uncomfortable procedure. The next morning at 6:45 a.m. I got a personal text from Dr. Coker, not the office, but from her asking how was I doing. Very impressive.
Very knowledgeable and pleasant doctor. Went 4 times and waited 2 to 2 1/2 hours beyond appointment time. Very inconsiderate of her patients’ time.
I was very disappointed with my visit to Dr. Coker’s office. My mother went to her along with a friend of mine who recommended her, along with my neighbor. I couldn’t get an appointment with Dr. Coker, I had to get an appointment with her assistant Tanya. I had a biopsy done on two spots on my face. When I asked if she expected it to come back showing cancer she said “no” that it more than likely an inflammatory skin condition. It came back showing Basal Cell Cancer.
She is one of the best dermatologists locally- hard to get in with her but those who do never leave due to her knowledge, skill and bedside manner. All the providers at her office are great. She's worth the wait!
