I have been seeing dr herzog for almost 20 years. She has always been thorough, patient, caring and shes a very good listener. She pays attention to the patient, you are never rushed and the plan for your care is always discussed to ensure you are comfortable with her recommendations. She recently left her previous practice which is awesome because the office staff was not friendly. I only stayed with them because of Dr Herzog!!!
Dr. Herzog is great. I'm glad she left the office where she was because the staff was uncaring and unprofessional.
Once you finaly get to see the doctors they are nice. The office staff is extremely rude, don't do their jobs at all, Stay away unless you can sit and wait an hour before they let you in!!! Doctors you need to fix your front office!
Dr Herzog has always had time for my concerns and I can be a pain. She has never rushed me out and has spent whatever time that was needed for my problem even when I was being a hypochondriac. It took me 8 years and 6 doctors to find Dr Herzog and I am glad that I did not just settle.
Dr. Herzog is a professional, caring physician. I have been going to her for six years and under her care, quit smoking, begun a regular walking routine and feel great. The one issue I have is with trying to schedule appointments, and getting information from staff sometimes. as someone who works full time, it can be a challenge to connect with someone at the office with a question, or to return a call. I rate the doctor as excellent, the technology (voice mail tree is too long) needs work.
Dr Herzog is a excellent & caring physician. She is very attentive and listens to her patients I highly recommend her.
Dr Herzog takes the time to answer any questions always providing clear & easily understood answers.
Dr Herzog is awesome. However, it is generally difficult to get in to actually see her.
I showed up for a 3:45 appointment 20 minutes early just in case, at 4:45 I canceled the appointment. All of the patients in the full waiting room were waiting more then an hour past there scheduled appointment. The receptionist gave me a hard time to get a refund for the copay that I paid upfront. The staff had no respect for the their patients, no respect for there time.
