I like the Doctor but not Cano Health! Horrible to get an appointment. You are calling in to a centralized appt office. You cannot call and as for the doctor’s assistant like other physician offices. They claim to care but they don’t. This sucks. I need an antibiotic and I can’t even talk tovthe doctor or her asst. Faster to drive to her office & make appt in person!!!!
I have been with Dr. Leslie Herzog since 2000 and I have never been disappointed with her care and professional treatment . Yes, she moved a few times and I have followed her to each location. I have referred many co workers , patients, family and friends and we are all very happy.
I'm honestly surprised Herzog has so many good reviews. Nothing about my experience with her was pleasant. She made it clear throughout the appointment that she did not care about my needs as a patient and everything was made way more complicated than it needed to be. I felt like she was trying to get through my appointment as quickly as possible. The office is run like a scam trying to extract as much money from you as possible. Dr. Herzog has been my doctor since 1999, she has moved to several different locations and I have followed her. She is a very attentive no nonsense doctor. She's not quick to give you a prescription which I like, too many doctors are pill pushers. But I have to say, the location where she is currently, the office is not very responsive, I've been waiting for test results for over a month now with no call back, no info, nada. She's not at the location listed above she has moved again, a great location by Westside Hospital.
First let me say that I'm very particular about my own providers as I have a scientific and clinical background. I read the reviews on multiple websites before making an appointment to be established as a new patient. I was not disappointed. Here's why I give her 5 stars: 1. She asks questions, but Listens more. 2. Very patient with me as I had a mini-meltdown in her office going through job issues and menopause. 3. Called me personally to ket me know lab results. Holy cow, She's a Keeper!
This Doctor is amazing :) very attentive to your needs, she listens and never makes you feel rushed. We are lucky to have found her
Dr Herzog is great - very efficient and very hands doctor. She really cares about her patients.. I completely trust her as my doctor for several years. Both my husband and I go to her and think she is wonderful!!!
