My son is special needs. He fears Dentists. He begged to stay after the visit. It just doesn’t get any better. We drove two hours to get to her clinic. Worth the drive!
The visit was great and much faster than expected! Staff cares for their patients!
We are still in phase 3 of the COVID 19 pandemic and under a mandatory mask mandate. None of the receptionist staff are wearing masks and only one hygienist had a mask on correctly in the treatment area. I requested more than once that the staff wear a mask or wear a mask correctly. The dentist did put her mask on during the actual exam but not when talking to me before or after the exam. After today's experience I wonder what other health requirements this office is choosing not to follow.

Absolutely, hands down the best pediatric dentist around and her staff is incredible! From the front office, to billing, to the back office staff.. it is an amazing team! Both of my children went to Dr. Jacobs when they were young and now she is my nephews dentist. You and your staff are such a blessing to the families in Acadiana! The most amazing place I have ever been to. Everyone there is so nice. You definitely feel welcomed and so comfortable from the moment you walk in. My kids absolutely loved this place.
Dr. Jacobs is amazing! She has a gift when it comes to working with kids!! I’m so impressed how special she made my son feel. He loves going to see her and loves being able to play in her awesome waiting room! Thank you Dr. Jacobs! ❤️
This experience was so quick and tremendous I was in happy tears! My only regret was not finding Dr. Jacobs sooner. Her and her staff are a breath of fresh air. I’m so thankful they exist!
