I’m sharing my experience in hopes it helps other parents. I initially contacted this office regarding my daughter, who may have esotropia. Took my 82-year-old uncle had an appointment at 1:15 waited till after 2:00 excuse computers are down. I'm not one to complain but you're dealing with elderly people some are diabetic some of them can't wait 2 hours to be seen The staff is not accommodating it's like they don't care. It's like it's not my problem The computer is down these are all excuses very bad service. They are very good at billing you and they do follow up if you don't send the copay or pay and if you miss your appointment they do charge you but it's ok... read more
everytime we come here, the wait time is so long (at least 1-2hrs) so be prepared - come in with a full stomach or pack some snacks in your bag. As far as the staff, they are all nice. Ive met Dr Green twice. She is straightforward and nice, kind to my daughter.
Waited two hours with my son who was under 1 at the time to be seen. The doctor was not nice with my son, no patience at all and was rude to me. She recommended a follow up appointment but I was not going back. Followed up with someone else. Would stay away from this office unless you want an attitude and/or wait hours to be seen.
If you like waiting over an hour to two hours to be seen then this is the right doctor for you! Horrible bedside manner! The office staff is rude, if you even try calling you can’t get a person- you have to leave a message! Even if it’s an emergency-post surgery and hope you get a call back.
