I was in need of a cardiologist consultation and so I scheduled an appointment with the Heart and Vascular clinic. Unfortunately, I had a last minute emergency that prevented me from attending the appointment and I canceled the appointment about 6-8 hrs ahead of time. I spoke to a man on the phone and he was extremely rude to me when I was canceling the appointment. The man was almost excited to tell me I needed to pay $50.00 before hanging up the phone. I love this Office. I love these doctors. Everyone here is great. I won’t be able to come back for six more months because I have to call. They’ve almost here with me. Dr Parikh is the best anyone having any heart of bachelor issues he is highly recommended by me. Thank you, Dr Parikh.
DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! My last appointment was in August 2024 where I provided my insurance. In November 2025 I was informed for the first time I had a balance due. I contacted them immediately and was informed I did not have insurance. I asked which they had on file and told them they submitted to the wrong insurance. Then in December I received another notice. I called and they told me it was too late for them to place the claim to my correct insurance. I asked to have the office manager call me. I did not hear anything. ... read more
