0 stars! She has rescheduled or missed our last 4 appointments, claiming an emergency or something about her house. She ordered an ultra sound, never got a follow up only a 500$ bill.My last visit we talked about why my blood sugar is skyrocketing at early morning, when I refused to get on a pump her response was "well you're going to have to figure it out" a few months later I got it figured out no thanks to you Leslie. I didn’t want to give any stars but I had to so I am able to leave a review. I am a fairly new patient, less than a year. Every interaction I’ve had with the front desk staff and Dr. Glasgow has been an issue. Jessica, the front desk receptionist and Jonathan, the MA are both unprofessional, scattered and unorganized. When I needed to come in for my labs, I would call ahead to make sure I would be coming at a time when the office was open. Jessica told me to come between 10 and 12 or 1:00 and 2:00. I am a,caregiver, and my client has had two different appontments scheduled, both of which were cancelled without prior notification. We showed up for the appointments, and found out that the office was closed. In the building that the office is in, the bathrooms are locked, and there is no waiting room. This is very difficult to deal with when you are elderly and handicapped.
