I love Doctor Caren! Not only for my son but myself as well. She said extremely compassionate and helpful. My only complaint is the wait time but she's worth it!
Very thorough, friendly, caring and patient. I drive 30 minutes to go to this physician and I am a nurse. I know that good care is worth the drive.
It is almost impossible to get an appointment to see her or Dr. Razook. I will not see nurse practitioner Brenda Pope. She doesn't know what she is doing. Ever since merging with St. Joseph's it's impossible to get an appointment. You wait in the lobby for 45 minutes only to get into a room, wait an additional 15 minutes at times for her to spend 5 minutes and the prescription pad comes out. The funny thing is that she is still accepting new patients when she does not have time 4 current ones.
I was desperate for help/relief when Dr. Caren was recommended to me. That was over two years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I left that first day with more hope than I had felt in a long time. Dr. Caren was so kind, compassionate and took time to listen. She assured me she wouldn't give up until a treatment was found that worked for me and that's exactly what she did. The staff and nurses are fabulous, as well. Highly recommend Dr. Caren!!
