Dr. Richey-Smith is the best podiatrist around. Listens to concerns, outlines the best treatments. Very knowledgeable. Nationally recognized speaker. Her nurses and office staff are top notch as well.
Terrible experience. First of all when I checked in, the front office person announced my personal information across the room. Definitely breaking confidentiality. I was taken into the room with no in introducing themselves and sat for an hour before my procedure was completed with not a single apology. And now, I have had to get the procedure partially done over bc it did not work. Gave 2 stars for getting me in quickly although I will never go back.
I went through a reconstruction surgery on my left foot by Dr Lesley Richey-Smith. The surgery was performed with extreme care and precision!!! The surgery was a success but was only half the story. The doctor gave me instructions that would be detrimental for complete recovery! I followed her every instructions to the tee! After one year since the surgery, I feel very confident that my decision to have the surgery done was a success! I have made it through the hardest part and I’m on my way towards a normal life!
