Why does medi-cal refer to this place for a dentist?; an abandoned cafe with apartments above? I work across the street from here and I've only seen one resident ever come out. I called the number they gave me and it's just a guys answering machine, doesn't even say he's a doctor of dental medicine at all. Total sketch.
