The worse, never return a phone call. Set a Medicaid patient up for a shot in my foot and my co pay was275. And they never told me till I got there. I was so disappointed, months to get this and had to leave. It should NOT have happened. I felt set up for failure. Will NOT do business with any Banner doctors again. I find mistakes are made with all of them.
Living over 100 miles from Dr. Latt's Tucson location was a journey well worth taking. He was professional, positive and skilled, performing a difficult ankle reconstruction due to Charcot Foot. He made what could have been the toughest of situations into the best of them. I am ever grateful for his skill and positivity!
