Both Dr. Leo and Ko are great doctors
Had Dr. Leo Jeng for quite a while and everything was great until I had to cancel an appointment because it would have been around $120 for a 10-15 min phone call. No big deal, Insurance can be finicky. But ever since, I've been ghosted basically. They will still fill my insulin at times but refuse to return any phone calls. Jayden with Dr.Jeng’s office is so helpful and listens to your needs. I’ve always loved Dr.Jeng, I can’t even remember when I started seeing him, 15 years I think.
Overall experience is a 3 out of 5. Dr. is great but front office /billing is cunning with presenting hidden charges usually in the month of December. The front office erroneously claims the invoice was sent to home address by mail but this is false. The billing department is notoriously difficult to communicate with via phone and email with no response or engagement to resolve dispute, requiring the patient to involve the Dr. to intervene for closure.
