I set up an appt 6 months in advance to secure it. Then 24 hours away from my appt, they cancel on me. I asked why…they said their dr is no longer with them. I asked when that happened, they said 3 months ago. I then asked, why didn’t you contact me 3 months ago & they wouldn’t give an answer. When I tried to set up another appt, they said I would have to wait another 6 months. Their office & staff is incredibly unprofessional and incredibly incompetent. Heed my warning…you should never use them.

I did not appreciate how Kristi commented that most people don’t throw a defective blood pressure monitor away. I said it was defective and I threw it away. I asked for another one and did not want to argue with her. I will find another dentist, thank you. Kristi will not release my X-rays to another dentist. I have tried for weeks. I have called a complaint in to HDS. Do not come to this incompetent office!

We had appointment and we waited for an hour we still never got to the appointment so we left. They looked at us like nothing we were there for nothing..

Simply the best place for your kids! She is gentle and friendly. Very experienced and professional locals and military families should go here!
