Dr. Sterling is such a good doctor. Down to earth, laid back, and takes time with her littles and the parents. I will take my kiddos to her until they're old enough to see a PCP.

Nothing but issues in the recent years. Being charged for sending a message just asking for a note to be added on future prescriptions. Had to make MANY phone calls over the course of a few months to billing office and doctor’s office to get it resolved. Doctor’s office kept pushing it off on Billing & vice versa. When my son broke his arm, the referral they gave me was for a place who wasn't able to see me for weeks out. She’s always friendly/positive/kind. We’re always seen in a timely manner. She really listens to concerns & provides good information. She & the nurses do a great job of answering any follow up questions about prescriptions or otherwise.
