Now that we see someone else I can write this review with confidence. Dr Friedman is not kid friendly! The appointment alone takes 3-4hrs. 90% was just waiting! Imagine this with a busy toddler! My first and only visit was very TRAUMATIC! This man barked at my kid screaming hey, hey, look, hey, over, here, hey!!! My son had just turned 3 and it was just unacceptable and unprofessional. This review is regarding the office staff and policy NOT the Dr. himself. I called to make my established 5 year old an appointment. I was told NO, due to the fact that I cancelled 4 times. Called and cancelled prior to 24hrs. Not a no show, a reschedule! She rattled off THREE dates Oct 2019, April 2020, Nov 2020. Appointments here are made 6 months in advance. For children. Things happen, work demands, sniffles, sore throats (mind you we were in a Pandemic year) I know that he is a sought after Dr but the arrogance of this ... read more
Love dr Friedman. Cannot stand the wait time. It makes no sense to me how it’s acceptable to wait over an hour with young kids under 5. I tried to bring this up nicely with the front desk. I was told point blank by them: “it is what it is if you get out of here under an hour consider yourself lucky”. I asked if they know they r running late which they are every time, if a courtesy call could be given to patients following. They said “no we have no time for that”.
