I think he is a very good listener and responsive to my needs. He does research on my problem, which is an orphan disease, so he is a really good doctor. I’ve read many people who suffer from my disease who constantly complain about their doctors not being very knowledgeable, so I’m lucky to have him as my doctor.
My Neurologist retired and I'm in desperate need of an appt. I concur with the prior review--horrible office staff, don't return calls after I shared detailed info and then had to repeat myself on next call. Although highly recommended for his medical prowess, apparently Dr. Dresser doesn't need new patients since after 4 efforts to schedule near-term appointment, along with failed call-backs, they are offering me a date 3 months out. I will find a better practice--I'm sure there are plenty out there.

Excellent doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Dresser. He is attentive, knowledgeable and caring. My only objection is that his office staff is difficult to reach. I can never get a real person on the phone and when I leave a message for his staff to return my call to answer a question, they often don't return my call. If they call back, it's always the next day and I usually get told "hold on, I'll transfer you", then get forwarded to another staff member's voicemail.
