I never had an issue with Dr. Simon, he was a great dentist. However, ever since I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Zhu my life has been a literal nightmare. Dr. Zhu brushed me off and told me I must have had an issue before I had the extraction. I have been in severe pain for months and have spent thousands of dollars on treatments for the pain. I have been a patient of Dr.Simon for over 4 years. He never raised any concerns about my teeth and complemented how I took care of them. Then I had Dr. Zhu for the first time this year. First, she didn’t introduce herself at all. I’m actually pretty sure she said nothing to me the entire time.
