Gets on your level when explaining surgery. Very knowledgeable in his profession.
Takes her time with her patient
After I had some failed treatments and surgeries at other facilities, Dr. Butler kept trying biologics until we found the right one. I was able to get a bike for my 40th bday! She recently retired, and I miss her after being her patient for 20 years. She was knowledgeable, up-to-date on RA meds and side effects, not afraid to try new things if the old things weren't working, and always a good listener. Took plenty of time with each patient, and the wait was never too long. Happy retirement, Dr. Butler!
I love Dr. Najjar and his team. He is attentive and thorough in my experiences with him.
Sept 22 - This was my first visit with Dr Kohli for my yearly physical. The Dr was very attentive. I didn't feel rushed which is a nice thing these days. The person who draws the blood failed to draw the necessary blood for one test so I was called in for a second visit. My insurance paid for the initial visit in full but due to this blood work error I was billed for the test. When I questioned this (11/22) with the office manager I was told they would call the insurance company but after 5 months from the visit I paid the b... read more
Met with Dr. Azar briefly who ordered 2 tests. Was notified by someone that one of the tests showed that I needed an immediate (invasive) procedure. The next day I was told that the other test was normal. Attempts to contact and discuss with Dr. Azar were fruitless. Telephone messages, patient portal requests were like sending smoke signals in a hurricane. After further more comprehensive testing my new Dr. felt that no procedure was necessary and in fact with a new prescription almost all symptoms have vanished.
This is not a place you would go to get care for by anyone. Starting at the front desk with Amanda (Nasty attitude, put you on hold and never come back to assist you) on down to LaShon (Clueless of everything pertaining to assisting people when the office is not operating correctly) on down to the doctor's assistance for prescription refills/nurse who never respond to you and least but last, the doctors (Lack of communication and care). To get HELP & CARE. I call my heart doctor and ER to get assistance. I have not been back... read more
I have been going to Dr. Najjar for over 20 yrs. I am blessed he is my Primary Care Dr., great bed side manner, he has never been wrong on any diagnosis. As a Family Practice Dr., he does not refer me every time I have an appt. Only once to a Nephrologist & I loved the Dr. he referred me to, best in Gwinnett. I'm fortunate that I started seeing him before he had to quit taking Medicare patients, like so many doctors. He has been a blessing to me!
At least half of my appointments with Dr. Butler were unnecessary. The nurse that I would speak to any time I had a question was exceedingly rude and not helpful. I could not get even the simplest question answered by phone. Nurse insisted I come into office any time I had a question. Dr. Butler was confused and incorrect concerning the medications she had prescribed. All in all not a good experience.
