Dr. Allison has been my attending physician since she first came into practice. Always, always, always have I had a FANTASTIC experience in her offices. The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful, personable & professional. Dr. Allison is down to earth, knowledgeable & professional. She & her staff are AMAZING! They always provide their undivided attention and are impeccably gifted in ensuring an comfortable & efficient visit - EVERY TIME.

Horrible office staff. They are abrupt, do not return multiple phone calls and do not have anyone competent in billing area. Dr. Allison may be nice and competent but her staff is not. I will not be back and you should seriously think about whether or not you want to overpay for services you did not receive and get treated as if you do not exist.

A Doctor's office is only as good as the support staff. The support staff is horrible. My bill was improperly coded and the office support staff did not care. They basically pushed the problem off to the practice manager. The practice manager has changed since the start of my billing problem and the current manager does not return my calls. This problem is a simple fix, yet no one will step up to correct the mistake that they made. I'm done with this incompetent office. Beware of billing!!

I think Dr. Allison is a fabulous doctor who listens to her patients. Her office staff, however, leaves MUCH to be desired. On multiple occasions they have forgotten to run the proper bloodwork, given me wrong lab results, wrong dosage info and while checking out at the desk had me stand there for 10+ min while they were on the phone. I love Dr. Allison but the staff needs to improve.

I have been seeing Dr Allison for the past five to six years -- she is without a doubt one of the best Doctors that have treated me, She listens, which is better than most Doctors and she cares and will follow-up when necessary. She is current with the latest treatments and will refer you to someone else when necessary rather than prescribing something unnecessary. I will continue having her as my Physician because I trust her.

I love Dr. Allison! She does at least one very special thing: She LISTENS to the patient and then treats accordingly. She is always bright, cheerful and friendly and has helped keep me alive for several years now. And she knows what she is doing. knows her stuff and cares about her patients. I could not ask for a better doctor! She IS the BEST!

Late in sending new prescription to pharmacy for daily medication. Went without medication for 4 days. Her staff did not see the importance of the matter. Never heard from Dr. Allison.
