This is a complaint about TriHealth, not really Dr. Lane. I was trying to have my daughter see Dr. Lane . I was told that unless she sees a TriHealth Physician and receives a referral from that doctor she is not allowed to see Dr. Lane. The referral is not the issue, but the requirement that it be from a TriHealth Doctor is rediculous. This makes it a closed system. Certainly not "we are here for you" type of service. Shame on you TriHealth.
Listens carefully, thorough diagnostic process, explains things well, provides choices and alternatives. Kind, respectful, knows what she is doing.
I would give her a zero stars. She did not even look at my body even though I had something in the past. She put in my chart that she examined me completely when she never examined me at all. I will never use her again.
