My son saw this man at Prompt Care. He treated me as if I was neglecting my son, asking, "and you didn't think that was a big enough deal to take him into the ER?" He wasn't taking the time to listen to what I was saying, and when I asked him what he thought, he said, "well you said you didn't think it was a big deal." Worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I feel terrible that I wasted a visit and had to take my son somewhere else (to a doctor who treated us with respect and listened) to get a proper diagnosis.
