I have been working on a health problem with them for about two years now and since a new prescription was prescribed to be back in march, I have tried calling for MONTHS without a single return call to get that prescription filled since it wasn’t sent the first time…. Sooooo here we are, it is now October and still not calls back after several phone calls a months asking for a call back! Very disappointing
Neglect, and negligence. I have communicated many times since the 11th on a pa that I desperately needed. It is now the 22nd. I have not received any contact from his office nor has my pharmacy received the pa, and I've been without for at least 2 weeks now. Wether it's the Dr or his people working for him, the ball was dropped. I had high hopes with Dr. Rossi.
I've been a patient of Dr. Rossi for months now and I highly recommend him. He is very understanding, he listens to what you have to say, and very helpful! His medical assistant Ms. Tonya, she is absolutely the best! Everytime I need something, she goes way and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. She stays really busy, but she gets the job done. Even though she's under a lot of pressure, she always has a great attitude and very friendly!!! I highly recommend this practice and the staff!!
