The doctor is good we are happy with him. The office indicated my husband had an appt Monday (today) without confirming with him just informing him on Friday by text. I called Sunday to left a message to reschedule. Tonight at 6:21 pm a woman with a Mexican accent called about his appt earlier today she said she didn’t get the message to reschedule. Misael mentioned she was not professional and was very hostile with him….he asked for her name and she hung up on him.

This place is horrible they have stuck up front desk medical staff that Is very unprofessional they need to be put out of business the staff acts like they hate thier life keep your personal business home I don't even want to give this establishment a star they deserve nothing
This doctor is beyond horrible so rude and doesn't listen to my needs the staff is not prepared to work there they have no manners are extremely rude and don't acknowledge you if your their for your appointment they don't need to work if they can't properly address the issues I walked away from that office andwill never step foot in that office again negative 5 stars
I had an appointment at 11:30am. They have called 3 times to confirm i would be there at 11:30, and sent many text messages. I got there at 11:30 sharp, and now an hour later im still there waiting and staff is very rude when i ask when in gonna be seen. Just left and never coming back. I suggest you find a more professional clinic that knows how to respectfully treat patients and who dont assume thag their time is more valuable than yours
