Has been my family Dr for over 30 years and I’m so happy with him and everything he has done for me.
Went to him since I was born
Dr. Kwan is very knowledgeable and accountable. He is polite and patient enough to listen to us every time, makes professional decisions. He takes extra time for phone diagnosis, which is convenient for the patients especially for the seniors. The receptionist is also very responsible and helpful. She provides us timely reminders for body checks, flu shots, and COVID vaccines. We are definitely thankful having Dr. Kwan our family doctor.
I am giving 1 because I can’t give 0. I called them to enquire about acceptance of new patients and they were extremely rude, the receptionist didn’t even bother to listen what I was saying and cut me in between and hung the call. Extremely rude
