I had a procedure done by Dr. Chang over 20 years ago that has caused pain and suffering everyday of my life since the procedure was performed. I was told that all that was going to happen was a simple excision of a growth on my forearm. What happened was a procedure that involved my upper arm all the way to my wrist and thumb. My visit with Dr. Chang was fairly quick and his staff were attentive and thorough. Dr. Chang is truly a patient first surgeon who was compassionate and understanding when dealing with my complex issues. He knew I wasn’t ready for what was ahead and he stepped back and let me reschedule even though it affected his schedule. I recommend him highly.
Not sure why anyone could complain! He was caring and thorough. His staff was incredible. He ran on time and explained every step of the way. Totally recommend his practice.
