I had a procedure done by Dr. Chang over 20 years ago that has caused pain and suffering everyday of my life since the procedure was performed. I was told that all that was going to happen was a simple excision of a growth on my forearm. What happened was a procedure that involved my upper arm all the way to my wrist and thumb. After waiting 8 weeks for an appointment I arrived 9 minutes late to a building I'd never been to.The building's electronic directory was off line and I had to go from office to office in order to find the right one. The waiting room was packed and I was turned away after being rescheduled for a new appointment 3 weeks later. I soon found a doctor who would see me the next week, so I cancelled my appt. with Pariser. They sent a bill for $50 anyway! Save your money and frustration; find a different partnership.
I went to this doctor for sudden, diffuse hair loss. All she did was look at my scalp for a few seconds (no scalp biopsy, pull test, etc) and told me she thought it was male pattern baldness with a disgusted look on her face as if that makes you inadequate/defective. She acted like that was 100% what it was, but as I explained what was happening and asked more questions she walked back and said my hair loss could be stress related instead. Dr Torosky took a lot of time with me explaining my issues. She was friendly as well as professional. Her staff was great made me feel at ease. I will definitely return to Dr Torosky for all of my dermatological issues.

My visit with Dr. Chang was fairly quick and his staff were attentive and thorough. Dr. Chang is truly a patient first surgeon who was compassionate and understanding when dealing with my complex issues. He knew I wasn’t ready for what was ahead and he stepped back and let me reschedule even though it affected his schedule. I recommend him highly.
Not sure why anyone could complain! He was caring and thorough. His staff was incredible. He ran on time and explained every step of the way. Totally recommend his practice.

I go to him and have sent 2 other family members to see him. I didn't know he was 70, he looks like 62 or so. I hope he doesn't retire any time soon (I say selfishly) He always fixes whatever is wrong with me first try

Made ana ppt in early May for July, was called last week informed the doctor changed her appointment template and had to cancel my appointment. I called to reset appointment was told I had to wait till August. Asked if someone would ask her if under the circumstances of waiting two months and taking off work if she could see me and she refused. I find her unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to make an appointment with her. She obviously doesn't care about anyone but herself. Will find another practice that is more ... read more
