It is not possible to see Dr.Chang. When you call for appointment you are told you will see Dr. Pariser first. You will not see Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang treated my husband for 1.5 years. He was magnificent.
Dr Chang has done both of my Mohs surgeries and I'm sure he'll do the next one if/when it's necessary. His office worked with my plastic surgeon's offices to schedule my surgeries which made the whole ordeal easier. Dr Chang and his staff were great.
I can't speak to Dr. Chang as a doctor as I never got him. But he's part of Parisier and that's a HUGE NEGATIVE. I wouldn't send a anyone to any Pariser office. My regular skin doc referred me to Chang for Mohs surgery. They called and made me an appt. Then I decided to go to a non-Pariser doc. I called the only number I could, which is the ATROCIOUS Pariser phone system. You call hit a button twice, then wait, then usually get sent to voice mail. I was referred to Dr.Chang by my dermatologist because he felt Mohs surgery was the best option for a relatively small basal cell carcinoma on the side of my nose that I always covered with the small round band aids. My dermatologist explained that the wound would be closed by a plastic surgeon the same day. I had a consultation with a wonderful plastic surgeon, filled out the paperwork and he explained everything as far as his procedure and took pictures. Drove over a 100 miles to appointment for mohs procedure only to be told there was a schedule mix up and Dr Chang was at another location. Also had to cancel plastic surgery appt which I couldn’t understand never needed plastic surgery after mohs before. It’s in same area as last time. Wasted time money and never gave us a follow up appointment so not sure what to do.I guess just let it go until his next skin appointment with dr Todd who is wonderful. Wish he could do it.
