Dr. Cheung is knowledgeable and efficient. I have been with him for over 10 years. Never once felt he did not spend enough time with me. Highly recommended.
On the positive side, it was easy to schedule, the office is clean, the doctor seems knowledgeable, and the surgery was very quick and painless. Unfortunately, more negatively, I felt brushed off when voicing concerns - answers were curt and uninformative, and there was no sense of understanding or empathy. Also, the billing process is unclear, the team never answered the phone, and then sent the balance to collections even after multiple attempts (on my end) to get in touch. I don't understand.
I've had skin issues ever since I was a child, so I've been to many dermatologists in my life. Dr. Cheung is by far the best, just in terms of knowledge, clinical judgment, bedside manner, and skill. His office staff is also very helpful and accommodating. Could not recommend enough!
