My appointment was very short. He barely let me get a word out in regards to what was wrong. He cut me off when I was speaking. He basically ruled me out of even getting an MRI for my issue. He did not care to listen to me. Today so got a second opinion from a doctor who CARES and LISTENS. Wouldn’t recommend Dr. Bircoll to anyone. He’s arrogant and not a great listener. Waste of money as well. Poor treatment of a patient. Lack of respect.
He has a great personality and puts you at ease right away. He’s very knowledgeable and experienced, he has excellent bedside manner. I’m forever grateful to him for being available to see me and for doing the surgery. I highly recommend Dr Bircoll.
I had a great experience with my total hip replacement last year. This visit was for an initial visit for a new problem. Had good exam and plan of course. Dr. Bircoll is personable and professional. Also the new office on N. Decatur Rd is very nice.
Nothing particularly noteworthy in the visit other than continued professionalism. Dr. Bircoll performed the first of countless surgeries on me over ten years ago, and the level of superior care has never wavered. He WILL be the one to replace my second knee shortly.
I see Dr. Bircoll for multiple orthopedic problems, and I trust him to give me best care possible with each problem. He shows care and concern for my condition. My pain is much less under his care.
My experience with Dr. Bircoll was exceptional! He listened to my concerns, and treated me appropriately. I would definitely recommend family and friends to see him for their Ortho needs!
Everything about the doctor stood out it was an experience that you really don't find much at a doctor's office they're very busy which is understandable but he took the time out to explain and make you feel comfortable and what's ahead for you.
I went regarding knee and elbow pain, but all I got from him is that am old and my pain is part of getting old. No real answers and no solutions
The staff was always welcoming, smiling, & helpful. Dr. Bircoll was so patient with me. When I had a LIST of questions he listened and answered them all. His knowledge about the diagnosis, procedure, and recovery was amazing! He explained what the heck I was looking at in my x-ray so I understood before making my decision about the surgery. He asked if I wanted it & kept me very informed every step of the way. I would certainly go back to him!!
