I called after hours for complications post-surgery and although he wasn’t the dr. who performed the surgery, we spoke to him because he was the doctor on-call. Instead of answering our questions or helping at all, he chose to be incredibly difficult and rude. He basically said, too bad there’s nothing you can do just wait until tomorrow. We were concerned about the wound and I’m just confused as to why he was on call when he clearly didn’t want to listen to patients.
Great bedside manner. Puts me at ease, and comfortable that the plan of action is right. I get great results.
Dr. Bircoll is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen
He’s no-nonsense and great to talk to, especially on sports medicine. Took the right amount of time with me. His staff was professional and easy to work with.
I was referred to Dr Bircoll via my workers comp directory. Upon checking in I was 'labeled' as the workers comp case. Dr Bircoll NEVER did an examination of my injury. Dr Bircoll confirmed my injury date and told me I was fine, and could return to work immediately for regular duty. I was shocked and never said a word. Upon exiting, the nurse handed me paperwork. I was fortunate to call on a day he had an availability the same day. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything explained before performing. I have been a patient of Dr Bircoll for many years and have always received excellent care.
I have seen Dr Bircoll for 3 or 4 separate concerns. Each time he has been straight forward, kind, and has a viable plan. I followed his instructions and have always had very good results.

Dr Bircol did a complete knee replacement surgery went well staff was polite n friendly called the day after surgery to check in on me went back for post op and he did X-ray power went out so it was a small wait everyone was nice and friendly even receptionist came from behind counter to check on me love Resurgeons
