Joining Dr Laurie Rothmans concierge practice was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Having numerous doctors prescribing me fine for me was becoming a nightmare. I miss having Rothman as my primary since she left this practice. New Dr that is in this office is awful!

It’s great to have a doctor who listens, patiently takes time to coach, reassure, recommend approaches to better health & who always engages me in making plans to work toward successes. Lucky to have her in my life & to take her lead toward having a healthier life. ??
Dr. Rothman is a knowledgeable and kind Dr that takes the time to evaluate the patient and shows she really cares. Unfortunately the office staff is incompetent. On at least four different occasions my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy and my calls were never returned.

I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to talk to anyone about my insurance change before keeping my appt. left messages, no one called and no one answers the phone. Very discouraged by this. Great doctor but this may cause me to find someone else.
The office staff and doctor are incompetent!
Dr. Rothman has been treating me for years. She is everything a person could ever want when it comes to choosing a doctor. Dr. Rothman truly cares about her patients. She spends quality time listening to all of her patients feelings and concerns. Her knowledge and wisdom are very comforting at a time when you its needed most. Dr. Rothman is very trustworthy. She looks out for her clients best interests. If you choose her for your care, I can promise you, you will not be disappointed.
