Dr Self took the place of Dr Busby for me. I loved Dr Busby and now love Dr Self just as much. She is very sweet, attentive, answers all of my questions and just an over all great doctor! She performed my hysterectomy and really keeps me balanced. The staff are good also!
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Self. She delivered my second child and was there for me every step of the way.
This review is strictly for the office staff, particularly w/insurance. I was never able to see Dr. Self because of the lack of organization in the front office. I spoke to the insurance woman and gave her the numbers to verify my insurance for my appointment two weeks later. I never heard back, and on the day of my appointment, she was on vacation and had not left any information on my chart. I was told no one else could call insurance except her. Does that make sense? No accountability.
