I think she is one of the best doctors I have seen. When she moved to a different practice, I followed her there. The drive is longer, but I feel comfortable with her.
My appointment was scheduled at 10:15 AM as per their voicemail (they forgot to mention that check-in was at 10). Anyway, I arrived At the Obgyn Center at 10:10 AM, I checked in and after 20 min of wait they told me the doctor doesn’t want to see me because I was late. I took a day off work, arranged for a baby sitter, took all the risks to get into the hospital despite the coronavirus and she was too busy to see me.
She does not care about her patients overall-maybe just as a uterus if you're lucky, I was not and will never go to her or recommend her if my life depended on it!!!!!!
Dr. Kauvar was an excellent Doctor for me when I decided that my uterine pain was too much to handle. She performed a hysterectomy on me just this week and I can personally say that she is wonderful. Not that I'm an expert on surgery, but I can say that my recovery time is going to be incredible! When I was first put under, I had a reaction and had to be put on a beta blocker. I have never issued a negative review of a physician in my life and I feel very sorry to have to do so. I went in to see Dr. Kauvar two weeks ago and asked to hear about her recommendations for a new birth control method. While during that appointment I felt a little rushed and that she didn't have much time for me, I was happy to return in two weeks (today) to receive the IUD implant.
