Called this office 3x spoke with Jasmine, Vicky & another Frontdesk staff re: ins. info. they all promised to call back, never did. The Dr. just lost a new pt.
I came in with plantar fasciitis and inflamed calves. Dr. Lauren gave me some great advice on changing my footwear and she had great bedside manner. Not soon after I was finally able to walk pain free!
The doctor is amazing, but the front desk needs to change, she has 0 costumer service, does not know how to talk to patients, when she calls on the phone she sounds very impatient and not helpful at all, she doesn’t greet or help patients in any way. The male medical assistant he is great as well.
Dr. Dabakaroff is great. Very knowledgeable and caring. I have gone to many podiatrists in my lifetime and she is the best. Highly recommend her to anyone needing a podiatrist. She is the type of doctor you find and hope you never loose.
Dr Lauren treated me for endless toe issues ! She takes the time with her patients. she always takes my concerns seriously even if they’re not, she took me as the last appointment of the day and spent almost an hour with me! highly reccomend
