This was, without question, the worst medical experience I have ever had. I chose Dr. Robertson based on positive reviews describing her as an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I felt treated like a number rather than a patient. She lacks empathy and compassion in her approach to patient care. I was referred to IGO by a physician friend and was assigned to Dr. Lauren Robertson. My interaction was fantastic, both with Dr. Robertson and the team. Dr. Robertson was knowledgeable without being condescending and was personable without being unprofessional. She immediately put me at ease and wasn’t put off by my asking questions. I have been going to IGO medical group for over 25 years. I trust the care and professionalism of each person in the office. The office is efficient, caring, and communicative as well as knowledgeable.
