I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration with Dr. Young's recent response regarding my 7-year-old son's medical needs. My son, who has been a patient of Dr. Young for two years, has a known diagnosis of amblyopia in one eye, for which he wears glasses. His teacher has recommended a larger computer screen to support his learning, and the school district requires documentation from his eye doctor to proceed with this request. Dr. Young has been my eye doctor for the last five yrs and I'm completely satisfied with her and the staff at her office. They are pleasant, professional and very thourough. She listens to any concerns promptly adressing them and explains every aspect of your care. I highly recommend this business and the people employed there. Added benefit, Mancine Optical is right next door.
