Made an appointment for a home visit and she canceled, made a second appointment and she canceled that, her soft spoken apologies seemed fake, I didnt go for a 3rd appointment even after the discount she offered.Not very professional in my opinion.Found DR. Trista Platz no home visit but very professional and didn’t cancel on me.

First their was a terrible smell when you walked in and the girl at the front desk was very short with me and rude when I finally got back to the room their were needles just laying on a table… I asked dr vanloon why she had needles in the room and she told me it was not my concern, I asked her to explain what she thought would be the best treatment and she got very irritated and short with me… I ended up just leaving she seemed to have better things to do!!

I was travelling for work when I developed sudden neck pain that was debilitating. My friends had recommended Dr. Vanloon in the past, and I was able to book an appointment quickly to be seen. This was my first chiropractic adjustment and I was very nervous. Dr. Vanloon is amazing and took time to understand my history and complaints before providing treatment that resolved my pain in the timeframe she gave me. I continue to return to Dr. Vanloon because of her time and care. She's amazing!
