after 14 years with this practice, it’s time to move on to someone else. At a recent appt dr. Nowacki made the most accusatory and inappropriate comment in front of my child and her tone was not only bitter and condescending and for the first time I saw what so many other former parents experienced. I feel a little vexed writing this review given that doctor Nowacki appears, on the surface, to be an upstanding member of the Newtown community. However! I feel that her professional conduct on a recent visit was completely unprofessional, unethical and should be noted. excellent, knowledgeable, smart , easy to get sick visits
Our childrens' pediatrician for 10 years. No doubt the best in town. Knowledgable, caring, involved and invested in us.
Our three kids have been patients here for over a decade. Dr Nowacki always has a smiling face, a friendly demeanor and knowledge - three things I consider when choosing someone to examine my kids and provide me with information that I can both understand and make critical decisions. I won't make any accusations or specific comments, but it just seems she never "liked" us from the get go. As a result, I don't feel like my kids got the best care.
Before I start saying anything negative about Dr. Nowacki I want to first say that out of the 3 pediatricians my wife and I visited we liked this office the best. If you are planning on following the CDC vaccine schedule then this will be a great doctor for you and your family. They had a great sick and healthy side (one main entrance though) and everyone was very nice. Surly staff. I never got the warm and fuzzies that you'd like from your pediatrician.
Stay far away from this dr. When our 3 year old daughter was hospitalized for 2 weeks not once did Dr Nowacki call us to see how she was doing. Then they loose her records and cant seem to find her anywhere in their records so I have no idea what vaccines she had there. Most pediatricians have this warmth about them we never felt that here and the rest of the staff is the same.
