As a medical student I realized my love for surgery the direct action that could be taken to solve a problem. As a resident I realized that I also wanted the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with my patients. Nothing allowed me to do this as much as breast surgery. Dr, Lazarus is an excellent doctor. From the minute I met her, I felt comfortable and confident that she and her care team would provide the best possible care I always expect (and receive) from Swedish Providence. She explained everything I needed to know in advance of my surgery, step by step, which I appreciated. She listened and answer all my questions. And the follow-up from her care team was excellent too. I appreciate and am grateful for the outstanding care I receive from Swedish.

The outcome of my breast cancer surgery was excellent and the scarring is almost imperceptible! Dr. Lazarus is a wonderful doctor to work with.
