I called to schedule an annual checkup. The front desk told me I had to do a virtual visit first (crazy, right?), and when I did the doctor (NP) was surprised that I wasn't able to schedule a checkup, but then allowed me to schedule one and later they charged me for both virtual visit and office visit (even though annual checkup is fre once a year). So, don't go there, they will do whatever they can to profit from your health concerns.
