Dr Laura is by far the best Dentist. She is very gentle, you never feel the shots because she shakes your jaw, it’s amazing. I would never go anywhere else!
The dentists and staff are all top shelf care professionals. They are very caring and great hours.

Filling lasted less than two years. Front office said my insurance would pay usual 60% for replacement. They paid nothing because the filling did not last 5 years. Front office staff has changed and this office is not at all what it used to be. Laura Durell did nothing to compensate for the poor quality of work and the front office staff are no where near the quality Christina was..

I was very unhappy that instead of waiting 2 weeks for a bite guard, it was then pushed to 4 weeks. Then at the appt to get the guard it ended up not fitting so I was going to have to wait another 2 weeks for the guard. I told the assistant that I was very upset about the situation and never once did Dr. Durell come to apologize or see how I was doing. I left and asked for a refund, the whole time Dr. Durell watched me from her glass office and never once came out to talk to me. Horrible service
