She basically abandoned her practice in Arizona. I understand she had to leave for personal reasons but the office suddenly closed in June leaving all her patients out in the cold. Prior to the office closing, there was constant turnover with the office staff and I should have taken that as a clue that things were going downhill. I was also incorrectly billed and am now trying to get my records and allergy serum from them.

I appreciate feedback and take it seriously. I would like to discuss these concerns by phone. A family emergency arose and key staff also departed resulting in having to close my office. However, a smooth transition of care for patients has been top priority and we have remained opened every Saturday since June to make sure all requests are processed. I am dedicated to my patients and hope my efforts will aid patients in maintaining continuity in their care. I wish the best for all!
Dr Laura is a great doctor. She works with other doctors including your primary care doctor to be sure all of your concerns have been addressed.
