This office is non responsive. I have a Dx's form that is needed to acquire Medicaid benefits and it was faxed to this office at least 4 times in the passed 2-3 months. The office always has an excuse on why it was not completed. Whether they are flay out lying by claiming that they never received it from the state or arguing that they will not go onto the website and print it out or fill it out electronically. UNREAL how incompetent and frustrating this place is.
