Staff is unprofessional .. gives you an apointment then you still have to wait another 2 hrs in this hot lobby... Receptionist ketp telling me youre Next just so I wouldnt leave please look somewhere else

I been taking my child there for the past year and 1/2. The second time I came I left 1 hour after waiting. The first time I waited 2 hours before I was called. The third time even worst! Not enough seating inside. They overbook, have people waiting for 2 and more hours no matter what time you're appointment is for . Ridiculous!

I have being with this center for about 4 years. I was never really satisfied with the way they operate but I figured, hey if I go somewhere else it will probably be the same. Lately its being getting worse with scheduling an appointment. I had an appointment for October but I was contacted a couple of days before to be notified I needed to be rescheduled. These people thieves. Don't even try out this office. I had dental insurance and asked if they were on my plan. Renee the office manager said yes. They lied to get the business and where not in my insurance network. Beware!!!! I Had to pay an additional $700.00 over what my insurance was to cover.
