Finally got to meet Dr. Gray. Very personable and kind. Very thorough. She referred us to the right places for my daughter and we got to the bottom of the issue. I have been to many pediatric drs over the last 17 years and Dr. Gray is far from a zero.
We saw Dr. Gray because our regular physician was out on family leave. My son had recently started a new medication, and was having some significant stomach pains which we thought might be related to the medication. This was mentioned to Dr. Gray who said "that would be an unusual side effect" and represribed the meds. Before picking up the refill, we looked online (took all of 5 minutes) and the #1 side effect was ABDOMINAL PAIN. Won't ever see her again...
Dr. Gray took over for our previous pediatrician. My son was worried about seeing someone new. Dr. Gray made him feel very comfortable. She treated him as a young adult. She was thorough and communicated everything to me. We are very happy with our new doctor.
If I could give this doctor and Southwest pediatrics a zero I would. We were brand new patients. I was not given a choice on who my doctor would be, I was merely assigned Dr. Gray. She was not friendly or welcoming. She was very text book giving the obvious information, such as make healthy choices, no personal insight. My son who suffers from anxiety was made to feel as if he was fat because his BMI was 1 over. I asked to be switched to another doctor in the group and Southwest refused.
