RecommendedI have been going to Dr. Lambert here at Dr. Potvin for years and have been totally satisfied with their service and professionalism. The examination is extremely well done. I have no hesitation in recommending this Optometrist and associates to anyone who needs quality eye care.
The staff are excellent and so helpful. It makes picking out glasses so much easier. I will never go anywhere else. Also, the choice of eyewear is vast and there is always something new. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go!

RecommendedI finally went for my first ever appointment with an optometrist this year. Long long over due! Great staff, clean office and exam areas. I appreciated how comfortable I felt asking questions during my exam and the way she made sure I understood what was going on. I learned a lot from my visit, and the quality of care was superb. Absolutely horrible customer service! With college students in AZ and CA...their prescriptions had recently expired before coming home for their next yearly appointment. Our family had been going to this office for years. When we needed a favor they were not willing to help. All we asked is for some contacts or a short extension on their prescriptions in order to tie them over before their next appointment. The office help was rude and when I asked to speak with the Dr, I was told that she did not want to speak with me
