It's always been hard to get an appointment, but now the whole office seems to be MIA. The answering service said they haven't been answering their phones for days. What's going on?
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rokosz! I booked through ZocDoc and the earliest I could schedule was for over 3 months out. A member of her staff called me within a day to confirm the appointment and ended up getting me in within a few weeks (ZocDoc schedules aren't always accurate). When I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Rokosz personally checked me in and helped me get settled. I hadn't done an exam in forever and she was patient with me and answered all my questions.
