Dr Austin is warm and friendly and really makes you feel like she cares! She gives nice hugs and is very awesome about how she educates you on being healthy while taking preventive measures Love how safe and judgement free she feels
As a person who prefers a holistic lifestyle Dr Latoya Austin was the perfect compliment. She is very attentive and knowledgeable she advocates for healthy eating and exercise instead of immediate medication as a response to issues..She is understanding of Cultural differences and doesn’t try to impose her will as I have experienced with doctors in the past..the staff in the baldwin facility is great and very hospitable overall amazing experience !
