I’ve had no problems there the shots changed my life
I had a scheduled appointment for an allergy test. Upon arriving the incompetent and unorganized receptionist told me ok great he will call you for your appointment. What? I told her I have been scheduled for an in person allergy test. She’s like well yeah the doctor told me we aren’t doing in person appointments anymore. I guess it did not occur to her maybe you should call the patients and let them know before they drive almost half an hour to get there.
