They are a rip off to insurance companies.....fraud!
We are a military family on vacation here in the RGV. I took my 3yr old son in to be seen. We arrived at 11:10 and 1st thing I'm informed of is that staff needs to go eat and will not take any patients until 1:30. I was beyond livid. There was no one in the waiting room to be seen either. I am a nurse and think if I ever said that to my patients I'd be written up or suspended. I hope your staff enjoyed their lunch.
