This was a very bad experience. I was referred to them by my pcp. A month later I called to find out what was going on because I hadn't heard from them. They dismissed my concerns quickly and then made an appointment for me. The appointment was made for 2 weeks to discuss my cervical spine. After I arrived the intake process was fairly quick.
