Estube en este lugar por una cita ya puesta tengo la tarjeta que dise que mi cita era a las 11:30 asta me abia llamado antes donde le notificaba mi cita y le confirme mi hora lo cual la chica que me hablo dijo que estaba biem . I’ve had great experiences at Dr. Lara’s office.
The secretary is the most nasty person to be in the front I don’t know her name I know she works today Thursday morning , last time I went there she had nasty actitud and I thought it was maybe that day but today I went again and same actitud. She definitely can’t work with public she is not friendly and professional at all.
I was going through some old papers and i saw a letter from dentaquest telling me i got approved for “nerve treatment” which was a root canal (it was done exceptionally well except for the fact that sometimes its sensitive to cold or heat) and a “all metal crown”. Well I’m making this to say i never got no metal crown in fact my tooth was shaved down halfway and filled up with whatever they fill teeth up with and every time i would go to a different dentist they would always ask me why i didn’t have a crown. hm, i wonder why... read more
If i can give a negative star I would. Dr. Lara is having a bunch of fresh out of college "dentists" that are very inexperienced. They butchered my mom's denture. At the end WE had to go to the lab ( home office) two times.They could not fixed . We gave up. I would not go thee ever- Freeport office. Very dirty office- literally messy floors/ dusty/ walls needs a fresh coat of paint. I am surprised that they got a license ...disgusting..
